GI Mixed Actuarial Consultant - High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Mixed Actuarial Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a wide variety of actuarial assignments within the general insurance market, working with a diverse client base, including Personal Lines insurers, Specialist insurers, and Lloyd's and London Market insurers. This role includes but not limited to:

• Supporting the Head of London Markets or Head of Personal Lines in managing and delivering projects.
• Directly engaging with clients on technical and actuarial matters to ensure project objectives are met.
• Leading the development of calculations, reports, presentations, coding, model development, and dashboards.
• Mentoring the junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to software development, research, and intellectual property initiatives.
• Support senior team members in marketing, client development, and proposal preparation.
• Participate in team learning activities and knowledge sharing.

You will be involved in client relationships from day one, contributing to the growth of the business through project work, actuarial function activities, and the development of actuarial models. This position will provide exposure to a full range of actuarial techniques, including pricing, reserving, capital modelling, and risk management.

Minimum Requirements:

• GI Actuarial experience
• Full UK working rights
