Global HR Reporting Analyst (Law firm)

City of London

Up to £75,000 per annum

Hybrid working

THE COMPANY

Global leading international law firm.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for extracting and analysing data and (as part of a team) explaining trends, highlighting results and making recommendations (if appropriate). You will create a regular set of reports that meet the needs of HR and the wider business. There will also be some ad-hoc reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general reporting support to the HR and Business community
• Work cross-functionally with different key stakeholders, and end users to gather and document requirements
• Identify data needed to provide solutions to reporting needs
• Design, build and deliver functional and useful reports
• Consult with stakeholders as needed to evaluate their needs and determine reporting solutions
• Manage data privacy and confidentiality
• Drive data gathering, review and analysis of data
• responsible for recommending, creating, editing, and delivering standard
• Present reporting designs and solutions
• Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet Firm goals and objectives

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experience working in a similar business analyst position
• Experience working in the legal industry or professional services preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
