Global HR Reporting Analyst (Law firm)
City of London
Up to £75,000 per annum

THE COMPANY
Global leading international law firm.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for extracting and analysing data and (as part of a team) explaining trends, highlighting results and making recommendations (if appropriate). You will create a regular set of reports that meet the needs of HR and the wider business. There will also be some ad-hoc reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general reporting support to the HR and Business community
- Work cross-functionally with different key stakeholders, and end users to gather and document requirements
- Identify data needed to provide solutions to reporting needs
- Design, build and deliver functional and useful reports
- Consult with stakeholders as needed to evaluate their needs and determine reporting solutions
- Manage data privacy and confidentiality
- Drive data gathering, review and analysis of data
- responsible for recommending, creating, editing, and delivering standard
- Present reporting designs and solutions
- Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet Firm goals and objectives
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience working in a similar business analyst position
- Experience working in the legal industry or professional services preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
