- Join a high-growth Personal Care Company as a Global Marketing Manager for their Northern European region.
- Over the past 15 years, this business has evolved into a globally recognised Personal Care brand, distributing its products in over 50 countries.
- Take on a pivotal role where you will drive brand marketing activities across multiple categories and deliver strategic marketing direction in emerging marketing in Northern Europe.
- We are seeking a dynamic Global Marketing Manager to join this high-performing and passionate team.
Role:
- As a Global Marketing Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of three Brand Managers to drive their 3-5 years brand strategy and execution.
- Collaborating with market-specific brand managers, the shopper team, and portfolio teams, you'll create and activate standout brand and shopper campaigns that excel within our communications framework and support portfolio expansion.
- You’ll manage the A&CP budget across Europe, crafting strategic marketing plans that cover paid, owned, and earned channels, partnerships, and major brand ideas.
- Your mission is to maximize brand reach through innovative and creative tactics in the personal care segment.
- Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in reporting on market performance and its key drivers.
- Your ability to leverage syndicated data and consumer research will be essential in developing impactful marketing insights and recommendations that drive our commercial strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- You’ll bring substantial FMCG marketing experience, particularly within European markets, and a proven ability to elevate brands across diverse channels.
- Global Marketing experience is a must ideally with Northern European countries
- Line management experience as you’ll be leading a team of 3 market specific Brand Managers.
- Your expertise in aligning strategy with global brand goals will be key to driving impactful campaigns.
- We need someone who is not only highly analytical and strategic but also capable of executing game-changing brand initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and challenge the status quo when needed.
- You should be commercially savvy with a successful track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, demonstrating resilience, agility, and personal accountability.
