Highly successful, established global Private Equity firm based in stunning offices in Mayfair are currently recruiting an exceptional Team Assistant/PA. The company culture is inclusive, professional, friendly and sociable. Your team consists of six experienced finance professionals, clients are UHNW and therefore the confidence and experience of liaising with such clients is key along with delivering an impeccable PA service to your team. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two remotely. Salary is £50,000 based on your experience along with generous bonuses and benefits and a real opportunity to learn and develop within your role.

Key duties:

• Extensive diary management
• Arranging UK and international travel
• Providing team PA support to six
• Creating high level reports, presentations and client documents
• Assisting with research and projects
• Organising client events

Ideal candidate:

• 2-5 years solid Team Assistant/PA experience
• Boutique Finance/Private Equity/Hedge Fund experience
• Immaculately presented
• Experience of dealing with UHNWCs
• Proactive, a team player used to working in a fast-paced culture under pressure
• Ideally graduate/graduate calibre
