Highly successful, established global Private Equity firm based in stunning offices in Mayfair are currently recruiting an exceptional Team PA. The company culture is inclusive, professional, friendly and sociable. Your team consists of six highly successful, experienced finance professionals, clients are UHNW and therefore the confidence, professionalism and gravitas of liaising with such clients is key along with delivering an impeccable PA service to your team. The role offers hybrid working with 4 days office, once a month in 5 days. Salary is £55,000 - £60,000 based on your experience, along with generous bonuses and benefits and a real opportunity to learn and develop within your role.

Key duties:

• Classic business support duties to six finance professionals including Partner level
• Extensive complex diary management
• Arranging UK and international travel, visa, itineraries
• Inbox and calendar management
• Organising high profile client meetings, collating agenda points/documents
• Creating high level reports and presentations
• Liaising extensively with HNWCs on behalf of your team
• Assisting with research and projects
• Organising client events

Ideal candidate:

• Ideally 5 - 10 years minimum solid Team Assistant/PA experience
• Longevity in current/previous roles, minimum 3-5 years
• Boutique Finance/Hedge Fund experience ideally Private Equity
• Immaculately presented
• Experience of dealing with UHNWCs
• Proactive, a team player used to working in a fast-paced culture under pressure
• Ideally graduate/graduate calibre or secretarially trained e.g. Quest/OMBS
