Global Product Owner - Affinity - 365Jobs : Job Details

WTW are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Global Product Owner to lead our Affinity Connect Platform. This individual will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap on a global scale, ensuring the platform effectively meets the needs of diverse stakeholders across regions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Product Vision and Strategy: 

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for the Affinity Connect Platform that aligns with business goals and addresses customer needs globally. 

Stakeholder Management: 

• Engage with stakeholders from various regions and business units to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy. 

Backlog Management: 

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and technical considerations. 

Cross-functional Leadership: 

• Work closely with engineering, architects, and regional teams to ensure effective collaboration, timely delivery, and continuous iteration of the platform. 

Customer Focus: 

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring the platform meets user needs and delivers a best-in-class experience for affinity groups globally. 

Metrics and Performance: 

• Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure the success of the platform and guide data-driven decisions for future development. 

Key Skills & Experience: 

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally with exposure to global technology platforms. 

Product Management Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and backlog prioritisation. 

Global Perspective: Experience working in a multicultural environment, managing diverse stakeholder needs, and driving product adoption across different regions. 

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and align diverse stakeholders.

Customer Focused: Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into impactful product features.
