Brand new Global Technical Implementation role!

Due to expansion of their already busy team, we’ve got a brilliant opportunity to propel your career forward and work for a well established and respected corporate travel company in their industry-leading Implementation department.

Being a subject matter expert on the building, configuring and implementation of a variety of travel technology, we’re looking for a truly motivated and inspired person to be the brains behind the bespoke technology.

You’ll be working as part of a global team but for this role, we’re looking for someone UK based to support their high profile client base here in the UK.

Service will always be at the forefront of your mind as you build, test and adapt the online travel booking tool and technology used by this company to suit each clients requirements.

Your daily duties will comprise of (but are not limited to):

• Working closely with Project Managers and the wider team to conduct initial new client briefs regarding their needs for travel technology. You’ll also work with existing clients who are making changes to their current booking tool set up.
• Build and configure all relevant travel technology products with knowledge and time sensitivity.
• Identify risks and assist with implementing solutions
• Being a Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of the travel technology used by the company. Be confidently able to handle queries and explain solutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing and any specially assigned projects

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of travel technology products- online booking tools, apps, etc- experience in implementing for corporate clients. This experience needs to include build knowledge of systems such as Concur/Cytric or inhouse booking tools.
• Project Management
• Strong presentation skills
• A background in the travel industry in a similar role is essential.
• A natural communicator
