Identify, recommend and monitor potential goalkeeping recruitment targets

This position will take the lead in recruiting U14 - U21 goalkeepers, whilst also assisting in the recruitment of first-team goalkeepers in collaboration with the Scouting and Intelligence Manager. You will play a vital role in the club's player auditing processes and will be responsible for generating detailed player reports. Additionally, it is essential to develop, expand, and maintain strong contact networks.

This role requires extensive travel in the UK and on occasions, Europe.

Our ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the football industry, including the rules and regulations related to players and recruitment. You will demonstrate a proven ability to cultivate productive and collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation, from the touchline to the boardroom.
