GP HCA (Phlebotomy and Injection qualified)up to £32k Harley Street Area

Due to our client's recent expansion, a private GP practice located in the prestigious Harley Street area is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) with specialised qualifications in Phlebotomy and intramuscular injections.

• Perform phlebotomy procedures and administer intramuscular injections, including vaccines and B12 injections.
• Utilise the HeyDoc/Semble system to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient notes.
• Book patients for repeat appointments with yourself or one of the GPs.

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The clinic typically closes early on Fridays.

• Proven experience working in a GP or private clinic setting.
• Qualifications in Phlebotomy and the administration of intramuscular injections.
• High standards of written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with the HeyDoc system.
• Ability to provide high-level customer service, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage patient appointments and records.
