Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a General Practice Surveyor/ Valuation & Lease Advisory Department to work with one of our private consultancy clients in Enfield

What the job will be doing

• Valuation and landlord and tenant advice

• Lease advisory instructions for clients
• Reports to Partner or Head of Department

• Support the development of junior colleagues within the firm

What you will need

• MRICS qualified and an RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of three years post qualified experience.
• Experienced in providing loan security advice to a variety of banking clients.
