Our clients, a top tier Real Estate Financing company in Central London, is seeking a confident Graduate Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Assistant from a Professional Services background looking for their next challenge.Duties include:

• Administrative supportive to the team
• Diary management and travel arrangements for the Director and team
• Collating team's expenses
• Providing an excellent customer service expeirence to the company's clients
• Scheduling meetings
• Preparing meeting rooms ahead of client meetings
• Collating and inputting confidential client information on to company's database
• Frequent liaison with clients and brokers on behalf of the team
• Supporting Directors on a variety of administrative tasks
• Supporting the wider team with general office administration

You will be:

• Educated to Degree Level
• Highly numerate
• At least one year's office administration experience from a Professional Services background
• Fully Microsoft Office proficient
• Adaptable, can do attitude
• Team player
• Polished, well spoken
