Are you a recent graduate passionate about sustainability and building environmental performance? This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate BREEAM Assessor to join a dynamic team in Bristol!

About the Role:

As a Graduate BREEAM Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of BREEAM assessments for a variety of construction and development projects. You will gain valuable experience in sustainability, environmental design, and building regulation. You will work closely with senior assessors and clients to ensure buildings meet sustainability standards and achieve top-tier BREEAM ratings.

Key Responsibilities of the BREEAM Assessor role:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of BREEAM assessments for new and existing buildings.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability principles from the early stages of design.
  • Conduct site assessments, collect and analyse data, and prepare reports.
  • Support clients in meeting their sustainability goals and achieving BREEAM certification.

Requirements to be considered for the BREEAM Assessor role:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in the sustainability field (ideally having looked at energy modelling/BREEAM in your degree).
  • An interest in sustainability, building services and environmental certification schemes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of BREEAM is preferred.
  • Live in or near to Bristol.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
