An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join a vibrant team in Bristol. Our client, a leading consultancy specializing in sustainable building practices, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the delivery of BREEAM assessments and contribute to innovative environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in delivering BREEAM assessments for a range of projects.
• Prepare BREEAM-related reports and documentation for certification.
• Conduct research to stay current with the latest BREEAM standards and industry advancements.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the certification process.

The Ideal Graduate BREEAM Consultant Will:

• Be a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on BREEAM or sustainable building practices.
• Possess a BREEAM qualification (e.g., BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) or BREEAM New Construction (NC)) - though not essential.
• Have a strong passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
