Graduate Building Surveyor (Commercial/Residential)

Hampstead (In office and on site)

£25,000 to £30,000 DOE + Training + 20 Holiday Days + Pension

In this role you will work closely learn to collaborate with clients, analysing defects, problems solving on commercial and residential projects including dilapidation, tower schemes, house inspections and surveys.

The ideal candidate is based local to Hampstead, is wanting to build a career in building surveying, wants to work on a range of projects in the commercial and residential building market, who wants to be part of a growing consultancy working on high end projects.

THE ROLE:

• Determine the condition of existing buildings by looking for defects.
• Advise on environmental, health and safety issues of buildings.
• Provide advice in relation to legal and planning issues.
• Deal with planning and building regulations applications, and
• Offer advice on property alterations, improvements, and extensions.

THE PERSON:

• Degree in engineering, construction, or surveying
• Wants to be client facing.
• Project management and problem solving
• Based commutable to Hampstead, North London
