The Graduate Building Surveyor offered the role will be an integral part of this interdisciplinary team, working on a range of exciting projects across commercial, residential, and public sector developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior surveyors with site inspections and surveys
• Support with the preparation of reports and technical documents
• Assist in managing building projects from inception to completion
• Conduct research and provide advice on building regulations and compliance
• Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements to be considered for this Graduate Building surveyor role:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (RICS-accredited preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A keen interest in the property, building services and construction sectors
• Full clean UK driving license
• Full right to work in the UK
• Live in or near to Bromley
