This is an ace role for a Marketing grad with a couple of years email marketing exposure - USE of CRM systems and some general digital marketing experience to show what they can do.

YOU: You must have a passion for digital marketing, CRM, Email journey, automation? excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will play a key role in developing and executing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company website.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role ideally with CRM email marketing experience
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and email marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Constant contact or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

The Role:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Display Ads, paid LinkedIN campaigns and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
• Create engaging and relevant content for the website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and posting content, and engaging with the audience to increase community growth.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content to improve organic search rankings.
• Assist in the management of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
