About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic private consultancy in London. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documents.
• Conduct basic measurement and cost analysis under supervision.
• Support senior team members with contract administration and procurement.
• Attend client and project meetings to gain insight into project delivery.
• Help with interim valuations, variations, and final account preparation.
• Undertake site visits to monitor project progress and understand on-site operations.
• Assist with feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
• Contribute to accurate record-keeping and reporting processes.

Requirements:

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A keen interest in developing a career in quantity surveying.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and progress towards MRICS accreditation (full support provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
