Position Overview:

The Graduate Recruiter (French Speaking) will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top graduate talent for a diverse range of clients. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and French, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top graduate talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and university partnerships.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graduate recruitment.
• Attend and represent the company at university careers fairs and other recruitment events.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
