Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment People : Job Details

Have you graduated with a 2:1 and looking to break into recruitment? Do you want to join one of the best and highest performing recruitment companies in the world? If so, my client are hiring for 5 GRADUATE ACADEMIES; starting , January 2025. You will join a cohort of 4 other graduates, and undertake a 3 month graduate training scheme to learn all there is to be a successful technology recruitment consultant across the UK and Europe.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - What does this role offer?

•  £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission from day 1
•  Very regular European travel to visit clients
•  Hybrid working; 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
•  Excellent 3 month training programme delivered by internal and external trainers
•  Incentives; holiday trips have included Bali, Barbados, New York & Mexico!
•  Structured career progression with a path from Trainee to Director
•  3 Graduates who joined in 2022 are on track to earn £100,000 in 2024

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - What are the requirements?

•  Business degree (Or simillar) qualifications (2:1)
•  Strong academics
•  Business acumen/commercial awareness
•  Sporting background is VERY desirable
•  Driven by money/financial incentives
•  Hardworking
•  Ambitious

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - About the recruitment role:

•  Supporting technology specialists across the UK and Europe securing jobs at some of the most exciting technology start ups
•  Managing the end to end interview process for candidates from pre-screen to closing offers
•  Regular client meetings & briefings (including international travel)
•  Becoming a subject matter expert in your space
•  Attending networking & market relevant events
