Position Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Technology)
Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Our client is a technical recruitment firm that works in vertical niche technology markets in the UK, Europe, and the Americas.
Their key verticals cover Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Engineering (+Functional). Delivery, Cloud, Data, Test and User Centred Design.
They place contract and permanent professionals from a diverse background across the globe supporting scaling businesses with a trusted and personable service.
The role:
- Dive into the world of Sales and Technology to find the next generation of game-changers.
- Sourcing candidates through various methods: LinkedIn Searching, networking events, social media outreach, CV screening and referrals.
- Conduct virtual coffee chats and screenings to spot hidden talents.
- Delivery of mid-to-senior level staff within the Technology sector.
- Responsibilities from day one include: resourcing and head-hunting candidates, spending time doing online market research, telephoning and meeting candidates, managing interview processes, and attending client meetings. Soon afterwards, this will expand into managing client accounts and building out your own patch.
- The skill-set of a head-hunter is diverse and transferable. It will be a steep learning curve, but candidates will be trained by highly experienced professionals, with a long and proven track record of developing young talent. Commission is uncapped, so you control your end-of-year earnings.
