We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and vibrant primary school in Wandsworth, London, starting in January. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the education and training sector, particularly in KS2 (Key Stage 2), where you will support teachers with both general classroom duties and provide 1:1 cover for students who need additional help.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 support to students who need extra help, ensuring their educational needs are met
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive, supportive learning environment
• Lead small group interventions to boost students' progress
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to foster a supportive school community

• Salary: £85 to £105 per day
• Start Date: January 2024
• Location: Wandsworth, London
• Contract Type: Full-time, long-term
• School Type: Primary, KS2 (Key Stage 2)

• A graduate with a degree in any subject (ideally with a strong interest in education)
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to different situations
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus, but not essential
