We are seeking an experienced Grant & Claims Officer for an immediate start at a council in Sheffield. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage government-funded contracts, verify financial grant claims, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and oversee government-funded contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Check and verify financial grant claims to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Work collaboratively within a busy team to meet deadlines and manage workflows.
  • Handle a high volume of emails efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prioritise and manage conflicting priorities effectively to maintain smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing government-funded contracts.
  • Strong capability in checking and verifying financial grant claims.
