Migrant Help are currently looking for a Grants and Strategic Projects Coordinator to join their team. This role is home based. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,612 per annum.

The Grants and Strategic Projects Coordinator role:

Part of the Strategy and Engagement department, the Grants and Strategic Projects Coordinator is an exciting and rewarding role at Migrant Help. You will play a key part in supporting the delivery and development of our Community Hub and Youth Welfare Projects. Following the continued growth of these strategic projects, you will support with the operational delivery and expansion of these services, overseeing the management of the grants process, supporting delivery partners and evaluating impact.

Key responsibilities of our Grants and Strategic Projects Coordinator:

  • Building and managing positive relationships with existing community hub providers.
  • Raising awareness of our community hubs grant amongst partner organisations.
  • Supporting in the launch of a new grant offer for language and employability support.
  • Evaluating and processing grants in a timely manner, providing feedback to partners.
  • Arranging and facilitating grant panel meetings.
  • Setting up evaluation and monitoring processes to examine the impact of the projects.
  • Providing reports on progress and activity to management and trustees.
  • Liaising regularly with relevant internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved e.g., front line staff, comms, finance, marketing, legal, etc

Skills and experience we are looking for in our Grants and Strategic Projects Coordinator:

  • Experience of delivering projects from conception to completion and evaluation.
  • Experience of managing a small grants scheme.
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and resource planning skills
  • Provide high quality administration of projects and deadlines.
  • The ability to forge good working relationships and establish networks.
