As Graphic Design and Content Manager you'll lead the design and content creation within the UK region, covering digital, print, and video platforms. Collaborating with European and global teams. You will focus on continuous improvement, evaluating current processes and identifying ways to enhance them. This is a people-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys leading a creative team with the shared goal of elevating the brand at every touchpoint.

Day to day you'll:

• Manage and assist in creating catalogs, workbooks, price lists, and POS materials for the EMEA region. Incorporate top design practices to keep the brand at the forefront of trends.
• Design ads and manage online traffic for advertising and takeover campaigns across partner sites. Oversee trafficking, monitor impressions and clicks, and provide reports, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of digital ad design, adapting global messages to meet regional needs. Analyse the impact of these ads and use insights to drive future improvements.
• Design collateral for sales meetings and stockrooms, both for in-person and digital use.
• Film, direct, and edit video content for social channels, trade educational platforms, and sales meetings.
• Provide design support for DTC channels, including product imagery, landing pages, and email creatives.
• Line manage and mentor a junior graphic designer.

You:

• Team management experience (this role will manage a Junior Graphic Designer)
• An interest and passion for Golf or sports
• HTML5 experience
• Extensive experience with the adobe package
