This is a unique opportunity to work in our clients creative studio and also in-house at a customer premises alongside other members of their team. The role will comprise of 2-3 days in their Burnham offices working on a range of client projects and the remainder of the working week on-site at their client premises in Wokingham. The time at their customer premises will be under the guidance of an experienced designer.
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating new artwork and amending existing artwork across a range of printed and digital marketing collateral, including; brochures, leaflets, direct mail, point-of-sale, signage, out of home advertising, web banners, social media and email assets.
Experience is a necessity for this role, however we would like to see 1 years' minimum, either agency, or in-house. This is a full-time office based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and amending print and digital graphics assets for a global audience and partner network.
- Conducting meticulous quality checks on artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
- Performing image editing and retouching tasks.
- Making text changes and amendments to existing material.
- Maintaining brand guidelines across all channels.
- Organising and maintaining a structured and accessible file system.
- Assisting in the creation of promotional materials and merchandise.
- Handling other ad-hoc duties within the creative team.
Skills Needed
- Confident in typography.
- Strong ability to visualise layouts and ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to agreed timescales and the flexibility to respond to changing priorities

Knowledge & Technical
- Experience in a similar role within a Studio / Production environment
- You will be naturally creative with a proven level of competence in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Good understanding and experience of graphics production techniques, including image manipulation, editing, and compositing
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
- Digital knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with After Effects would be beneficial
