I am excited to offer an opportunity for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join my client’s agile and fast-paced global marketing team. As a Media Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the global marketing strategy and its execution across their brands. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about design and eager to contribute to the success of their marketing campaigns.
Day to day of the role:
- Collaborate with the Media Design Manager to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
- Create assets for product packaging, digital, print, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising, as well as branded creative items.
- Assist the Marketing Team with photoshoots, video production, and trade exhibitions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather information for project creation and creative asset development.
- Ensure timely delivery of work, communicating any risks.
- Foster team collaboration and share new information or knowledge.
- Generate new ideas to progress the brand and maintain strong working relationships with other teams.
- Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistent marketing output.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A design-related degree is essential.
- Understanding of design principles for web, digital, and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
- Video editing experience is advantageous.
- Keen eye for detail and proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
- Openness to learning and responding positively to feedback.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is advantageous.
