I am seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join a leading professional services firm. This dynamic role involves developing high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams and external vendors. • Develop high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including digital, print materials, and multimedia graphics.
• Translate marketing objectives and strategies into visually compelling layouts and designs.
• Generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns, staying current with design trends and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency in all creative materials across various channels.
• Maintain and expand upon the brand's visual guidelines.
• Oversee the visual quality of all design assets, from initial concept through production.
• Work with wider teams to develop creative strategies.
• Present design concepts, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers, agencies, and digital teams, to bring projects to completion.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Use PM software, Monday.com, to develop an efficient process for managing all design tasks, tracking versions, comments, and statuses in one centralised workspace.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience in video and animation design using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
