Groundworker - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Randstad are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundworker to join our team, carrying out repairs and maintenance to both occupied and void properties. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including paving, concreting, drainage, soakaways, and general property maintenance. This role involves working on a variety of projects, such as repairs and replacements of fencing and bricklaying, to ensure the upkeep and safety of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform groundwork tasks including paving, concreting, and drainage works.
• Install and maintain soakaways and drainage systems to ensure proper water management.
• Carry out repairs and replacement of all types of fencing, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Undertake bricklaying tasks as part of repair and maintenance work on properties.
• Work effectively on both occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption and excellent customer service.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
