Pitch is excited to be supporting a brilliantly creative and hugely ambitious Birmingham based integrated agency in its quest to find an exceptionally talented Senior Account Director or Group Account Director to join its expanding team.

This agency have experienced huge growth over the past few years and have recruited and developed a team of brilliant marketeers and creatives who really are a step ahead of the game. If you want to work on exceptionally creative integrated marketing and brand campaigns that hit the mark and be proud of every single campaign you’re involved in, this could be the perfect agency for you.

As their new Group Account Director, you’ll be:

• Managing some of the agency’s key clients across a range of B2B and consumer sectors.
• Consulting with senior stakeholders to uncover and develop their objectives, advising on brand and campaign strategies.
• Working closely with an amazing talented team of creatives.
• Managing a small team, overseeing planning and implementing an array of marketing campaigns; from TV and radio to PR and social and everything in-between.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Has a strong agency background, experienced leading integrated brand campaigns with sizable budgets.
• Is thoughtful and consultative – able to listen and understand, asking the right questions and offering great consultancy to your clients.
