Group Aftermarket Manager - Amour Recruitment : Job Details

Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Group Aftermarket Manager on behalf of one of our long-standing clients, covering Swindon, Poole & Exeter (can be based in any of these locations)

The fundamental of the role is to manage the locations through strong leadership, excellent communication skills and effective collaboration both internally and externally, ensuring growth in various departments, profitability, operational efficiencies, employee training / wellbeing needs and customer satisfaction levels whilst always maintaining high manufacture dealer standards.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a successful business sales and customer service culture.
• Manage the day-today depots and ensure productivity, stock control are met
• Onboard new employees and review ongoing training needs by monitoring regular performance
• Carry out regular audits and advise an any health and safety issues
• Establish relationships with customer base to promote growth for the business

Requirements:

• Previous senior management experience is a must
• Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbally.
• Previous experience showing that you have had responsibility for operational performance Vs budgets
• Flexibility is essential due to area covering

Hours: 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £75,000- £85,000
