Group Demand Planning Analyst - Nomad Foods : Job Details

We have an excellent opportunity available for you to grow your career and make a difference at Nomad Foods! Joining us as the Demand Planning Analyst - 12-month fixed term contract with potential for extension / permanent (not guaranteed)

This is an important role within the Supply Chain team, as well as group as you’ll be consolidating and validating Group Demand forecasts. Using your analytical skills to appropriately challenge Demand Planners in their local markets to ensure a high level of forecast accuracy.

Ownership of group Demand Plans to ensure forecast accuracy target is hit across all Clusters, working closely with market Demand Planners and Cluster leads, along as Commercial team.

• Consolidating and validating local market demand plans to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Ensuring all Demand Planning KPIs are met across the group.
• Working closely with stakeholders cross-functionally and influencing where necessary based on your reports / findings.
• Support with capability strategy for the Demand Planning community at Nomad Foods.
• Implement and improve processes for best practice when it comes to Demand Planning and/or S&OP.
• Champion the demand planning across the group and potential customers.

We are looking for someone who is a strong Demand Planner with a background of stakeholder management. You’ll be comfortable at managing various stakeholders and will need to be able to influence stakeholders.

• Proven experience of Demand Planning both creating forecasts and analysing forecasts would be beneficial.
• FMCG experience highly desirable.
• Multi-market demand planning experience is a bonus.
• Stakeholder management experience essential.
• Experience of being part of an S&OP or IBP process.
• SAP experience preferred.
