Group Finance Lead – B2C technology

Hybrid working (London 2-3 days, WFH remainder)

£100/110k + benefits

Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with a high-profile B2C technology scaleup who are recognised as the leaders in their field across all of their product offerings.

As the #1 in finance, you will have ownership over the global finance function including continued process / systems automation as well as partnering closely with the CEO / Founder on driving company growth (new product launches, geographical expansion etc).

If you are an ambitious and progressive finance leader who is driven by automation with strong analytical and technical accounting skills, coupled with excellent business partnering capabilities, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Continually re-engineer financial processes and controls
• Own the day-to-day finance function, including monthly management and annual statutory reporting
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, planning & KPI analysis
• Create business cases to drive company expansion
• Tax work including VAT, PAYE and R&D
• Partner C Suite / Heads of Functions to increase the visibility / perception of finance across the organisation
• Mentor an ambitious finance team

Profile:

• Qualified accountant with significant experience across scaling a global, multicurrency technology businesses

• Established business partner, capable of challenging, advising and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders
• Clear and articulate thinker
• Data focussed individual
