To ensure continued success, they are looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their team.The RoleWorking closely with the Finance Director, you will manage financial controls, consolidations and monthly board reporting, as well as supervising month-end accounting and supporting financial analysis. You will oversee continual process improvements and system innovation projects, and will manage a team of accountants.The CandidateAs a qualified accountant, you will possess 3 or more years as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller in an SME environment, with proven experience of full cycle accounting and consolidated reporting. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will also have considerable people management experience.
