Group Finance Manger - Executive Talent Solutions : Job Details

My client is an established business, a local organisation with an excellent reputation within the IT consulting business.

As part of their development they seek a Group Finance Manager to head up the finance team. The role reports in to the Senior Management Team with full responsibility for all financial reporting and company secretarial responsibilities.

You will manage a small team top fulfil all financial reporting and be hands on with reporting and analysing the financial detail to support business decision making.Key responsibilities will include:

• Owning group accounting processes end to end.
• Preparing group consolidation and management accounts.
• Supporting the development of finance processes and systems.
• provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure the business has up to date financial data
• Provide accurate budgeting, forecasting and fp&a support.

The role requires a qualified accountant with experience of leading a team and liaising with all levels of the business, ideally with some group experience. You will need strong systems skills, experience of the IT services sector would be advantageous.

This is a permanent based on the Essex / Hertfordshire border with hybrid working.
