We are seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join a group team.

Our client is a leading player in the global manufacturing sector.

Description

• Monitors budget progress, reports variances, and ensures compliance with local financial laws and regulations.
• Implements and maintains the global financial control framework.
• Independently collects and analyses data to produce high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Responsible for key financial documents, including statutory accounts, monthly reports, budgets, re-forecasts, management accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manages the monthly accounting cycle, including coordination of month-end processes and Board reports.
• Ensures compliance with statutory accounting and tax requirements, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Provides support and advice on data management systems.
• Gathers and summarises data for reports and improvement projects.
• Resolves complex customer or supplier queries, referring to policies when needed.
• Contributes to developing financial policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.

Profile

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent analytically and numerical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Offer
