Interim Group Accountant - Immediately available

£500-£600 per day Inside IR35

Retail Sector

Location - Central London, 3 days in the office Mon / Tues / Wed

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the organisation through year end and audit, including taking a lead role in preparing the annual report and consolidated accounts.
• Partnering with auditors to prepare reports and respond to queries.

• Performing variance analysis and commentaries for senior management and audit analytics

• Ideally ACA qualified senior finance professional with significant experience in preparing statutory accounts for year-end.

• Experience in preparing group consolidated statutory accounts, individual entity accounts and disclosure notes.

• Strong understanding of IFRS, including providing accounting solutions to complex issues.

Ideal experience:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified, or equivalent
• Experience complex consolidations for multiple entities
• Advanced Excel skills
