Group Head of Payments and Supplier Management

Salary: £85,000 OTE £105,000

Hybrid working available

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Head of Payments and Supplier Management to lead payment services and support the delivery of a strategic vision. This role is key to driving transformation, enhancing payment structures, and ensuring operational efficiency. The organisation is also going through an exciting period of change with large transformational programmes of work to simplify and modernise systems, and this role will have key involvement in both areas to enhance the payment structure.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the payment services function, ensuring efficiency and resilience
• Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and key stakeholders
• Driving strategic enhancements to payment processes and infrastructure
• Contributing to system simplification and modernisation initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations

• Senior management experience in payment services (Financial Services)
• Strong experience managing third-party suppliers and contracts
• Proven ability to develop and implement payment strategies
• Risk management and operational resilience expertise
