Our client based in Cobham are looking to recruit an Inclusion Safety and Wellbeing Executive to join their growing team. The purpose of this role is to provide advice, guidance and support relating to diversity and inclusion programs, sustainability and the overall smooth running towards the HR teams. This role will also involve creating, planning, and implementing programs around Inclusion, Wellbeing and Safety.
This position would ideally suit someone with a passion for learning and bringing bright ideas to the table!
Duties within the role include:
Provide advice guidance and support to the business across diversity and inclusion programs, policies, accreditation, data collection, safety and health and wellbeing programmes
Support with EDI, wellbeing and employee engagement activities
Develop and maintain appropriate internal systems
Analyse survey results and share insights across the business and make recommendations
Report trends and monitor programs
Responsible for employee engagement, communicating activities within the team internally and externally
Build strong relationships with third parties
HR Generalist support and Administration
Experience ideally required for this role:
Interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Well-being, and Sustainability
Office HR experience
Have a strong interest in People & Culture
Good Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,
