This dynamic role requires expertise in marketing project management, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans to support group brands and their growth objectives.
• Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content across digital, print, video, and event channels, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Project Coordination: Manage the production of marketing materials and video content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Website & SEO Management: Oversee content updates, SEO optimization, and PPC campaign execution to maximize online visibility.
• Team Leadership: Manage the group’s graphic design resources to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and project management.
• Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and ROI measurement.
• Familiarity with website management, SEO, PPC, and marketing platforms.
• Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or electronics sectors is highly desirable.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to travel between group sites when necessary.
