If you have a passion for technology, problem-solving, and operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you!What You'll Be Doing:* Managing and optimizing key internal software systems, including E-Commerce, CRM, and telephony platforms.* Liaising with third-party software providers to enhance performance and troubleshoot issues.* Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees from a technology perspective, ensuring all equipment and software is operational from day one.* Supporting the Marketing and HR teams in maintaining the company website, internal reporting, and staff training resources.* Ensuring seamless integration and performance of key platforms such as Reapit, DocuSign, and 8x8.* Working closely with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and support business growth.* Helping to develop and maintain online training guides and appraisal documents used across the company. #LI-PB1
