Group Reporting Manager - In2 Consult : Job Details

Location: South East England, Berkshire, Slough

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £550 - £700 Per day

Length of contract: 3-6 months +

IN2 Consult is currently working with a key client who are looking for a Group Reporting Manager to join them on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly aqcuisitive PE backed business who is a market leader in their field.

Key Responsibilities

The accurate and timely completion of external financial reporting
• Oversee the production of Statutory Accounts for all entities
• Supporting Senior Leadership
• Ownership of the Groups’ policies and procedures
• Responsible for the implementation of changes to IFRS across the Group
• Responsible for the correct reporting of intangible assets, both acquired and internally developed capitalised expenditure
• Technical lead for acquisition accounting 

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in a Group Finance team 
• Expert knowledge of consolidation processes
• Qualified accountant ACA or ACCA
• Strong Reporting Background in IFRS, UK GAAP
• Strong exposure to Leadership and managing teams
