About the Role:

• New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, managing the entire pitch process from start to finish.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate the growth team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Commercial Management: Track and analyse new business pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate pricing for proposals.
• Growth Strategy: Contribute to the development of the agency's growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities and expanding our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in new business development within an Agency
• Deep understanding of the social and influencer marketing landscape.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
