Guest Excellence Executive

At Côte, we are all about our guests, and we thrive on finding ways to make them feel special at every touch point. We’re looking for a 5-day-a-week (including weekends) team member to join us from approximately October 2024 to October 2025 (Maternity cover).

Come join our brilliant Guest Excellence team, and have some great flexibility working remotely to support our restaurants.This role handles all guest contact across our restaurants and Côte at Home, including web contact, phone calls, and soon-to-be live chat.  We embrace new technology and the ever-evolving guest needs – we live to make it special for our guests every time they make contact with us.

• Enjoy resolving guest enquiries and LOVE speaking to guests
• Are curious to explore a new opportunity and learn a new role 
• Ideally, you have strong experience in Customer Service/Guest relations or are trained to an Assistant Restaurant Manager level or above, Supervisors may be considered, so don’t be shy!
• You are extremely organised.
• Are guest-centric but also commercially minded.
• You are meticulous in your approach, with attention to detail.
• Can work at pace and accustomed to fast-moving environments.
• Are adept at juggling many priorities at once.
• Are a good communicator, somebody who works well with the wider business.
• Are looking for a flexible and more structured work opportunity
