Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of repair and maintenance skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and functional.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Install and repair doors, windows, drywall, and other fixtures.
• Assemble and install furniture and appliances.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar role.
• Proficient at using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in various environments.
