Our client is looking to add a Handyperson to their team on their commercial site in Exeter. This is an opportunity for you to work for a leading maintenance provider.The ideal candidate will have experience with repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles and repairing toilets.Duties:

• To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies or client concerns.
• Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties.

• Experience of working in a commercial environment
• Ability to collaborate with team members
• Multi-tasking duties
• Good IT Skills
