Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head Chef who will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations. This includes menu development, food preparation, and ensuring a consistent standard of quality in every dish. You will lead, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team while maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect the company's values and use locally sourced ingredients
• Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure the highest quality
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering, inventory control, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Lead, train, and develop a team of chefs and kitchen assistants
• Work closely with the management team to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain consistency and quality in a high-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality establishment
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and food safety practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen
• Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, local ingredients
• A genuine love for food and hospitality
