Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Head Chef.
The successful Head Chef will be responsible for;
- Managing the entire kitchen operations
- Ensure all members of the brigade are performing assigned duties & creating high class hot & cold foods
- Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices
- Managing stock levels
- Support back office functions were needed
- Completing admin functions where needed
- Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions

Required experience & characteristics of the Head Chef
- Experienced managing a busy, professional contract catering kitchen
- Comfortable managing brigades or 10 – 20 members
- Superb knife skills and comfortable boning, rolling, feathering & portioning to spec
- Reliable & conscientious
- Good command of the English language
- Courteous, polite & professional
