Head Chef - Reed : Job Details

We are recruiting on behalf of a Golf club based just outside of Croydon Town Centre, within easy reach of Transport links including Tram and Bus routes . There is also a large car park for those who drive 

The position is for a Head Chef to cover various functions through out the festive period . These will mostly be over the weekend and hours will vary according to the function. 

The functions will predominantly be serving carveries for about 80 covers. You must be able to run the function and direct the kitchen and staff as needed . 

There will be other opportunities after the Festive period if you are looking for ad hoc shifts into the new year
