Are you a Senior Housekeeper looking for a new challenge in Norwich? If so our well known Hotel client are currently seeking a Head Housekeeper to join them on a permanent basis with a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 on offer.

What will you be doing?

As Head Housekeeper you will ensure the smooth running of the Housekeeping team, leading, developing and inspiring them to ensure service excellence at all times and work is carried out within the agreed timeframes. You will work through the performance and kpi cycle with the team and where necessary performance management, whilst also being involved in talent attraction and the recruitment process.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Head Housekeeper role you will have completed a similar role as either a Deputy, Supervisor or Manager and be capable of building, managing and upskilling your team, whilst also being able to step in and lead by example. You will be e a great communicator who can report to management whilst having a key eye on service delivery, compliance, standards and kpis's and training the team.
