Description

As Head of Accounts Payable, you will be successfully have full ownership of the Accounts Payable end to end function on behalf of the organisation. This includes updating key supplier reconciliations, payment runs, banking details and payment terms for example.

Alongside this will be the contributing to the monthly board packs with any key information, data and even trends to improve any efficiency & business improvement.

You will also be overseeing an already existing and self sufficient small finance team. Other ad hoc duties includes refining the ledgers and enhancing the invoices for example.

Profile

  • Currently or previously in an Head of Accounts Payable position or similar.
  • Open to anyone who has been a Transactional Finance Manager, Head of Accounts Receivable or Finance Team leader for example.
  • Experience and understanding of Accounts Payable is essential.
  • Ideally previously overseen, supervised or managed colleagues is desirable.
  • Knowledge of system implementations or dealt with any company/organisational mergers is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
